Il fait beau dans l'métro!

Oh, but how things have changed in Montreal since the 1970s!

The drugs MUST have been better in the 70s. Have you ever seen people so happy to be on a subway? I think people in my age group (and younger) really missed out on some good stuff.

I'm with you-- we missed out. Perhaps it wasn't drugs, but all that hair that was the key to their happiness?

They really should do the same ad campaign here in D.C., I'm sure it would a huge success!!

Oh my God, that's frightening. If I had seen that ad, there's no, NO way I would have taken the metro. It's like a Hare Krishna sect singing in the metro...

You're no fun 007inafrica :). When I start commuting (soon hopefully...), I'm going to start singing "il fait beau dans l'metro" and doing a little dance routine :)
